Job Summary:
I'm looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support personal vlogs in managing the daily operations of my channel and online presence. This role requires a versatile individual with excellent organizational, communication, and social media skills. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, content planning, project management, social media management, email correspondence, collaboration booking, and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Book and coordinate locations, travel, and appointments for filming, events, and meetings.
- Manage the my calendar and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Coordinate with collaborators, guests, and venues.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing video topic ideas.
- Conduct research and gather information for video content.
- Assist in creating and editing scripts and outlines.
- Monitor video project timelines and deadlines. Track progress and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with the editing team and other collaborators.
- Manage and maintain the vlogger's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide reports.
- Read and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and prioritize email correspondence.
- Find and contact potential collaborators.
- Book and schedule collaborations.
- Maintain communications with collaborators.
- Track and record expenses and income.
- Manage invoices and receipts.
- Assist with basic financial reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Experience with social media management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Bookkeeping skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with video production or content creation.
- Experience with travel booking.
- Experience with quickbooks or other accounting software.
