Job Overview:

As the Business Growth Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the expansion and achievements of Henny Benny LLC. Your responsibilities will encompass formulating and implementing strategic initiatives, spearheading sales efforts, and ensuring the overall performance and profitability of our job platform offerings. This is an active role demanding a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and the capacity to excel in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Implementation: Propose, create, and execute impactful business strategies and marketing plans to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Sales Leadership & Oversight: Direct and monitor daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met and providing guidance to future sales personnel, if applicable.
Marketing & Social Media Alignment: Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to ensure sales activities are synchronized with marketing campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
Financial Review & Reporting: Regularly analyze and verify the accuracy of profit and loss statements. Prepare and present clear weekly and monthly ROI reports for leadership review.
KPI Management & Development: Assume overall responsibility for defining, tracking, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the growth and success of the job platform products.
Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients, establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.
Product Enhancement & Revenue Generation: Continuously evaluate the job platform products, identify areas for improvement and potential new features, and develop strategies to maximize their revenue potential.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales and marketing, business development, and/or business management.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative demeanor is essential! We are looking for someone who is enjoyable to work with and fosters a positive team atmosphere.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Background in the recruitment or HR technology industry.
Familiarity with startup cultures and agile work methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
