Job Overview:

We need two Customer Service & Live Chat Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and helpful assistance with inquiries, order issues, and product information. You will play a crucial role in building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication across multiple channels, primarily live chat and email.

Responsibilities:

Live Chat Support:

Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
Proactively engage with website visitors to offer assistance and guide them through the purchasing process.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.

Email Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve order issues, process returns and exchanges, and provide accurate product information.
Maintain clear and organized email communication records.

Order Management:

Assist with order tracking, processing, and modifications.
Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping updates.
Resolve order discrepancies and handle customer complaints effectively.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of Henny Benny LLC's product catalog and Shopify store functionality.
Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.

Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
Report customer feedback and trends to the management team.
Help to maintain positive online reviews.

Shopify Platform Support:

Familiarize yourself with the Shopify platform, and order management system.
Troubleshoot basic customer related Shopify issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using live chat software and email platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify is a significant plus.
A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
Reliable internet connection, and proper work from home environment.
