Who am I looking for?

I'm looking for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend social media management expertise with personal assistant duties. You will be responsible for crafting and executing visually compelling social media strategies, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating collaborations, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and possesses a strong aesthetic sense.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Content Creation & Curation:

Develop and maintain a consistent and aesthetically pleasing brand aesthetic across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
Create visually stunning and engaging content, including high-quality photos, videos, stories, and reels.
Edit and optimize content for various platforms and formats, ensuring brand consistency.
Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and interaction.

Community Management & Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms, fostering a positive and engaged community.
Run polls, Q&As, and other interactive features to encourage audience participation.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brands for potential collaborations
Look for new collaboration opportunities that align with the brand.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.).
Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve performance.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, collaborations, and other initiatives.
Manage paid social media advertising (if applicable), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.

Personal Assistant Duties:

Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a point of contact for collaborators, brands, and other stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain a detailed and organized calendar.
Book meetings with collaborators and brands.
Research on various topics and identify potential collaborators and brands for partnerships.
Initiate and manage communication with potential collaborators.
Assist with various administrative and personal tasks and run errands as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the lifestyle or influencer marketing space.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional content creation and curation skills, with a strong aesthetic sense.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
