About You:
This role centers on expanding our client network through proactive outbound communication. The Admin and Client Outreach Specialist will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, identifying viable leads, and coordinating appointments. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment. A comfort level with making consistent outbound calls and a strategic approach to lead development are essential.
Core Responsibilities:
Proactive Client Outreach and Lead Identification:
- Execute outbound calls to target potential clients within the Nevada market, and potentially other areas as needed.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Document all call outcomes and lead details accurately within our designated CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Develop and refine call scripts and outreach strategies to optimize lead generation results.
Appointment Coordination:
- Schedule appointments for Olivia with qualified potential clients.
- Manage and maintain Olivia's appointment calendar.
- Provide timely appointment confirmations and reminders.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Input and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.
- Generate reports detailing client outreach activities and lead generation outcomes.
- Organize and maintain contact databases.
Client Communication and Follow-Up:
- Promptly address email and phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct consistent follow-up with potential clients to cultivate relationships.
- Provide regular updates on client outreach progress.
General Virtual Administrative Support:
- Assist with supplementary administrative tasks as required, including email management and document preparation.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in outbound client outreach and lead development.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management proficiencies.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote setting.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with the US market is highly desirable.
- Experience with Google workspace.
- A reliable internet connection, and a proper home office work space.
